  1. 01 · The problem

    Healthcare still runs on fax. The receiving end was paper, sorted by hand and walked to departments, which meant no record of what arrived or where it went.

  2. 02 · What I decided

    Render on the way in and index everything. A digital fax that is only a scanned image is still paper with extra steps.

  3. 03 · The outcome

    Faxes arrive as indexed, searchable documents on a dashboard. Manual processing time and paper consumption both dropped sharply.
